Shipping policy

 

 

Our shipping policy is the simple promise that we will always try to expedite all orders as quickly as possible & generally where possible same day!

  • Generally same day for any order received by 12:00 midday Sydney time & sent by Australia Post.
  • Couriered orders will be dispatched the following day for all orders as our courier picks up once per day at 7:00am.
  • Our intention is not to make any profits on shipping & we aim to charge as close to actual cost, or in many cases well under the actual cost, particularly for "Heavy goods shipping"
  • International orders will be quoted before an order is accepted & once the order has dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • We carry transit insurance & if large & expensive orders are lost in transit the insurers decision will be the final factor in determining refunds or replacement of goods. (For example we regularly receive requests for tracking information & find the couriers can provide a P.O.D. at the correct location & the goods have been lost at delivery location)
  • Incorrectly supplied goods or defective items will be replaced at our cost by the most cost efficient method equal to the method that was paid for by the purchaser. (i.e. standard post will be resent by standard post, courier by courier)
  • Where goods that have been requested by standard post but it is more economical to be sent by courier will be sent by the courier, which is generally capital cities on the east coast will be may be marked A.T.L (Authority to leave)
  • We only use tracked services, postal & couriers & the tracking details are always posted to every customer's order & sent by email or text upon sending the parcel.

Return policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Cut wire, cut cable mesh or customised products are not refundable under any circumstances. Please be very sure of your design & measurements for any cut or customised products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error refund will be declined!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for the refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card or PayPal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@wireindustrialmarine.com.au or call on 1300-778-064

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@wireindustrialmarine.com.au and send your item to: P.O. Box 3148, Allambie Heights NSW 2100.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund except in the case of our own error whereby a full refund or exchange for correct item will be guaranteed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50.00, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
